To be honest, the adventurers nearby had a troubled expression as if they wanted to help out at first.
“Zans and them regularly snatch away others’ requests and hunts and always pick fights at the bar, so honestly, this feels quite good, but I didn’t think that Tet-chan would be so strong to one-shot Zans and them. It’s sorta embarrassing.”
“What happens when there’s a dispute between adventurers?”
“Hnn, The guild would mediate, but since they were going to have Chise-chan and Tet-chan work for only 10 percent of the reward, they’ll probably criticise Zan’s side.”
Also, between delinquent adventurers that have only caused problems up until now and the girls that saved the C-rank party [The Falcon Riding Upon the Winds], it seems like there’s a disparity.
“Is that how it is? I’ve just registered the other day though.”
“It’s basically about what benefits the guild more. Of course, we’ll be supporting the two of you.”
With that as a start, it seems like the others have changed sides and supported me and Tet.
Somehow, I could feel a person’s warmth and slightly moved.
Then—-
“Ooi! I called for the guild master~.”
“……What’s the situation here?”
A stern slender man who was called the guild master appeared at the guild’s training school.
Then, the adventurers explained to the male guild master the incident that occurred just now.
However, the explanation was biased towards me and Tet, but his look towards us became softer.
“Chise-kun and Tet-kun, right? I don’t doubt you guys this time and I do believe it was justifiable self-defense. However, I want you to explain it from your mouths.”
Maybe because of our position as weak girls, we talked to the guild master who talked to us politely contrary to his appearance.
During the entire time, Tet was burying her face in my chest, and calming down.
“I see. The rewards were 10 percent for two people. They threatened when you didn’t agree and they pulled out their swords first. was it?”
“Is it fine? To take my words for granted. We haven’t undertaken a request as an adventurer yet though……” 1
“It’s not rare for adventurers to take a week off. Also, after a long journey getting out of the forest with just two girls, it’s natural for the two of you to have not taken a single request yet and be resting.”
“When you put it like that, my heart has been put as ease.”
I slightly let the tension out of my shoulders as I replied.
“The things I needed to look up was finished just now, so I was thinking about receiving some requests together with Tet little by little starting tomorrow.”
“That so? Diligent adventurers are welcomed. However, take care when you go out. You guys probably now too, but an orc king was given birth to.”
The strict guild master unexpectedly softened his expression, but immediately stiffened up as he gave us a warning.
“Go home for today. Us adults will take care of the aftermath.”
“Thank you. Well then—-<<Area Heal>> <<Clean>>.”.”
Like usual, at the end of the mock battles, I performed recovery and cleaning magic on everyone, left the guild after bowing once, and returned to the inn. =
SIDE: Adventurer Guild
“Phew, she was a strong person. And likely to grow even more.”
I saw off the magician Chise and the swordsman that protects her Tet, and decided on how to deal with the Zans and his delinquent adventurers group.
When doing so, I thought back on the things Chise and Tet did this past week.
The people themselves went back and forth between the reference room in order to gather information and the training grounds in order to her body to not grow dull as she fought mock battles.
However, what was important was the recovery magic that she performed free of charge just now.
To be exact, the recovery magic was the reward for fighting in a mock battle with Tet, but this training grounds was a place where people who didn’t want their bodies to get dull while they haven’t received any request or adventurers who were injured and recovering.
As a result of using recovery magic on those people, the adventurers which were waiting to heal up for the subjugation of the orc king quickly returned to combat readiness, and the subjugation preparations were progressing smoothly.
Also, among the injured adventures, some of them started to call the self-proclaimed witch Chise a saint or goddess of luck behind her back, and they could join the orc king subjugation to make a killing.
Also, having fought mock battles with the swordsman Tet who was tougher than an orc, the movements of the adventurers got better to the point where D-rank adventurers could stably hunt an orc one at a time in a party.
On the other hand, adventurers that were unsure about their abilities could face Tet’s high physical strength over and over, and that gave them the confidence that they could prevent an attack from an orc even if they couldn’t beat Tet.
“Chise and Tet. You guys are properly contributing to the guild, you know?”
I muttered while standing alone as the people concerned weren’t here.

I say this every time I see it in a novel, but I really like it when an author writes about others perspectives. It gives a nice, refreshing view of the characters we read about through the entire story. It’s why I like myths and legends in the first place lol
Having other perspectives also makes it seem like not everything is “just working out” for the mc. But we actually get to see the train of thoughts of other characters!
thank you very much for this blessing 😀 i really like this story ^^
Thanks for the new chapter!
Thanks a lot for the chapter!
If only the guild master knew what kind of strong existence she is going to become in the future xD
Thanks for the Chapter!!! Looking forward to the next update. 🙂
thanks~!
For some reason many JP MCs make me feel like they have an inferiority complex.
the 3rd person view is a good method to describe the mc from another POV and it makes the story much better to read xD
