So I’ve been doing some thinking, Ashimitsu said that he named himself after a combination of words he kinda recalls from his past, yeah? Well, there’s certainly an “Ashi” name that’s a candidate: Ashikaga. As for “Mitsu” there’s Ashikaga Yoshimitsu and Ashikaga Mitsukane. Just some idle speculation on my part. haha
