Uh, I’m officially off hiatus now! I don’t know how long the MLW queue is so I gotta calculate it later. The reasons to why it took so long….. well join our Discord channel to find out! Other than that, I have noticed people have been flaming me about inconsistencies and I only have one thing to say: I’m a human, not a machine. (Get the pun? lmao) I’m releasing a survey that hopefully people who have time to type to flame me can fill out to be more productive. I’ll be getting the Jewels chapter out within a few days (or maybe tomorrow), so let’s have a good new year! MLW – Chapter 44

Flowingcloud: Yeah, here’s the MLW chapter that I grinded out instead of working on my final’s essays. I was too stressed to keep working, so I just did this chapter instead. My finals end Wednesday so schedule will be going back to normal on Friday (well technically today). I’ll hope to catch up to the massive queue I accumulated due to IRL (college). Enjoy your chapter! MLW – Chapter 43

[11:59] It’s going to be 12:00 when I finish writing this, but whatever. Uh I’m going to play the blame game and list the tons of things that delayed this chapter.

  • I burned out after translating tons of this other novel (TBA).
  • I was trying to get Plat in League before season ended (gave up Saturday).
  • Friday was League of Legends World Championship Finals. I stayed up watching SSG 3-0 SKT.
  • Faker crying made me depressed for some reason.
  • I caught up to Aikatsu Stars. (Honestly idk why I like shitty idol animes, but Oozora Akari from Aikatsu is my favorite girl from the franchise.)
  • Finished Sunday finally, but no editors were on when I finished.
  • I blame life.
  • Etc.

Yeah, so honestly I’m not sure how much of MLW I can constantly release this next two weeks. I’m quite busy until the 17th, so until then MLW will have infrequent releases. I’ll make up the chapters that I owe by around Thanksgiving.

~100 Release Special~ Yay~!

flowingcloud: We hit 100 releases as Yado Inn a few days ago, so time to celebrate! Everyone celebration comes with an announcement though. I finally changed my Patreon. Details: here. A short summary would basically mean, no preview chapters, but faster posting pace. Someone deleted their Patreon making it go back down under the first reward, so you guys aren’t really supposed to get a bonus chapter…… but whatever I’ll still give it to you guys. <3 Also, I finally got someone to edit Jewels, so enjoy Jewel chapter as well! I finally made a decision that I’ll post a Jewels chapter at least one every two weeks, but I’m aiming for weekly releases!

New (Delayed) Chapter! And some Apologies.

DC: Sorry for 2 weeks of no Akugyaku no Black Maria… I‘d(DC) like to blame plenty of things, and make plenty of excuses, but the facts are that between me being a procrastinative piece of s***, school, and organizing the group, including the new additions to the team (though it’s mainly the first reason), I haven’t been able to pay too much attention to the maintenance of other projects, including Max Level Witch. Honestly, I don’t know how long it’ll be before most of the project’s return to a normal schedule as most of the translators (and the editors “claim” so as well) have been busy with real life things like school and/or work.
ShimizuA: As the one who responsible for securing the raws, I want to apologize that I skipped one chapter. So last week chapter (47) was actually chapter 48. This one is the real chapter 47. I’m really sorry about this blunder.
flowingcloud: Yeah, sorry for the delay. I’ve been busy IRL so I haven’t been able to get out chapters lately. I’m going to catch up soon, I promise! I’m also changing Patreon soon, so that group goals give extra chapters, but no more extra chapter preview. I honestly can’t handle translating that far ahead and balancing other stuff as well. I’ll change that when I have all the details figured out, and informal y’all here. Enjoy ch32-ch34. This current arc will finish by around the end of this month, so if you don’t like the current arc bare with it please. The next arc is actually good. I’ll spoil next update if you guys really want to know what sorta happens.
